Non-Warranty Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hatch Outwest Precision LLC.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Non-Warranty Returns
You have 30 calendar days, from the purchase date, to return a non-warranty item.  If 30 days have passed, since your purchase, we can not process a non-warranty return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item:
     -must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  

     -needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase included 

 

Non-Warranty Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine its condition.  Please include an email address.  We will notify you by email that we have received the item and will also update you about the status of the refund amount.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  Shipping and any credit card processing fees (2.9% + $.30) can not be refunded.  Credits to a credit card will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance in case of shipping damage.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  Ship your item to:
