Wipe off the legs after use and before storing to remove dust and dirt. If dust and dirt builds up on the legs, they may become sticky and not slide smoothly. If this happens, extend the legs fully and then wipe the legs with a soft, damp cloth to remove any residue. If the residue is very thick, you may also need to use a soft cloth with isopropyl alcohol on it. Rub the legs well and then let dry. After legs are dry, spray WD-40 DRYLUBE on a soft cloth and wipe over the legs. If any other moving parts get sticky, spray the DRYLUBE on the area, as needed.
We do not recommend an oil base lubricant like regular WD-40, gun oil, etc. or any other product that will attract dust. Only use products that state they do not attract dust.
All of our products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects and craftsmanship. Hatch Outwest Precision LLC will repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to accident, improper care, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or any other reason where Hatch Outwest Precision LLC is not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge. Please include a note describing the problem, as well as, the return shipping address, phone number and email address. Any failure to follow this procedure may void this warranty. Other than this warranty, there are no other warranties.
Any discontinued models will be repaired, if parts are available. If parts are no longer available, we will not be able to repair the product nor will it be replaced.
In no event shall Hatch Outwest Precision LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. Buyer assumes all liability for any misuse or abuse of our products
