Shipping

- All items, when in stock, are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days (Mon-Fri).  Average processing time is generally 2-3 business days.

- An email will be sent with tracking information when the order ships.    

- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Orders will be shipped using either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on rates and shipping times.  To request a specific carrier, please contact us by phone or email before placing an order.  Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.  Call or email before placing an order to get a quote.  

- Once an order is shipped, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.  However, delivery times can be longer during holidays and this is out of our control.

- We only ship to addresses within the United States.  International shipping is not available.
